Great course, comprehensive and thoughtfully designed. It offers the opportunity to watch engaging videos about meditation with famous contemporary Buddhist teachers like Anne Klein and Anam Thubten. Listening to such great scholars like Dr. Germano is a real joy. Hope they launch part 2 and 3 of this course soon, looking forward to it.

Wonderful! Great efforts by the trainers! Hats off! The only improvement i would suggest is to make the scientific research on meditation less complex to understand so that students who do not have a strong hand at science or statistics can also easily learn the concepts. But I must say, you guys are doing an amazing job! Keep it up! Cheers!

Largo pero fascinante

If you want to get in *depth with the philosophy and history of Tibetan Buddhist meditation, this is the course for you! I am so grateful to have had access to this vast sea of knowledge presented! Some of the lectures are a bit long and are not accompanied by PowerPoints, illustrations, or keyword pop-outs, but if you apply your meditative focus, you will be graced with an immense amount of information on the topic. There are also practices (with intros and conclusions) presented by three different teachers each week. You can really tell a lot of thought, effort, and love went into this program design. The inclusion of Dr. Saron was just a delight as well - I am inspired to continue in my research and my practices related to this course. Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen!
