Storytelling in Crisis: The Ultimate Marketing Event
Conquering a media-driven crisis means doing the "right" thing and then telling a fact-based story about it. In this module, you’ll learn that what you do and how well you tell your story is key to your crisis communication strategy. Easy to understand. Peer graded assignment should be devided into 3 partial peer graded assignments, which would be finished at the end of weeks 2, 3, 4.
This course helped me in understanding the basics of story telling. How to structure the flow in order to make a meaningful impact. How to be prepared to address any issue.
One off the best course which i have study online. I hope more people will fellow this and expand their knowledge. And special thanks for the lecture panel.
Overall the course was a good learning experience, albeit not all parts are equally impactful. The by far best item is the Narrative Map.
