The questions asked in the quizzes were not even near the content taught in the sessions. It was very difficult to pass the quizzes. The readings provided were nice and insightful
This course of Prof. Kontor is the one to take if you want to learn about M&A. You learn not only the theoretical framework but also how to apply them in numerical examples. This is in my opinion the best M&A course on Coursera.
A great thanks to Prof.dr. Konstantin Kontor for bringing this course.

this platform, the only comments that i have Is:
1.- the course would be improved with the utilization of excercises on excel.
2.- the translation not always was exact so to convert this into an excellent course it would be good to check that.

The course is very detailed and doesn't only focus on theoretical aspect. The final assessment based on practical evaluation of M&A, was very comprehensive.

A lot of time spent in reviewing the assignment and the money gets piling on

The lectures and the quizzes have a vast level of difference. Only week 4 seems to be linked well else all the weeks' lectures are solely theoretical whereas several numerical type questions were asked in quizzes that require external help in understanding or even attempt it any case. Suggest you to go for some other course.

This is a great course to learn what the numbers on balance sheet etc represent and what non-financial factors may affect M&A Transactions. I definitely recommend this course to anyone passionate about M&A!

good ad understood new concept
Course is good for beginners, it is slow pace and allows people unfamiliar with finance topics to follow.
Downside is that the course does not go really in depth of topics, with no slides and very high level course notes. There are some extra readings recommended but documents are not made available to students. Would be great to have slides rather than the professor writing on the whiteboard as well as reading material made available.
