To whom it may concern,

This course was one of the impressive courses I have ever taken. From using and learning level, Dr.okunev igor has designed this course very carefully. A person according to his/her level and aim, can take the course. From an academic viewpoint, the strongest of this course is dividing chapters. In this regard, besides deeply and simple explanation, Dr. Okunve Igor divided the chapters of course by considering prerequisites of chapters to each other. The quality and English language of Dr. okunev was also very clear and understandable. in this regard, I did not use subtitles and understood it very good. Another strength of the course was, ppt of lecture notes in the end of lessons. In the most courses, I have not seen this strength. As a conclusion, this course was the best course I have ever taken. I want to thank the Coursera platform, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), and Dr. Okuve Igor for the course. Sincerely, Mortaza Firuzi
