[MUSIC] It's an easy thing, it's definitely, definitely not the most complicated thing to do with an AI chatbot. [MUSIC] So, imagine that we want to try using AI somewhere in our business. And a good start could be utilizing it as a productivity tool. And then maybe just having a short look on chatbot as a possible example of what we could do. Well, if we look on it from a financial point of view, let's take the turnover of a company. Let's say they have US $200 million in turnover, how many people, and how much does it cost to keep the order handling business ongoing at this moment? Well, I guess it could be, like 50 to 100 people is sitting there answering emails, phone calls, etc, etc, and handling orders from their customers. Then, what kind of orders do they handle? Well, it could be really complicated issues where you have to discuss, and evaluate, and negotiate. But a fairly big deal, a fairly big amount of the conversation that they're having is most likely rather simple things. Like, when will I get it? How much does it cost? What is the currency? Here is a product problem, etc, etc. Imagine if we with a digital tool, could take away that kind of digital traffic. Meaning, let's say 50%, 40%, 30% of all emails that all these people at the order handling office, at this moment are getting. Well, how much could we earn? Well, if it is 50%, then 100 people, it's like 50 people. How much is that worth in terms of money? Quite a lot, and that could actually in the end of the day when looking on the last line in the annual report, it could mean quite a lot. And imagine if we could do that with a digital tool, and this is actually what we can do with a digital tool, like artificial intelligence at this moment. And to people working in the field of artificial intelligence, most of them would say that this is a rather quick fix, it's an easy thing, it's definitely, definitely not the most complicated thing to do with an AI chatbot. So, we put a small amount of money into such kind of project, maybe a project leader, one consultant, maybe some software. Or actually just utilize the kind of chatbots that already exist out from the market nearly for free. And then we start learning what AI could be, and we utilize it as the first step, as a productivity tool. And still we gain quite a lot of money into it. So maybe looking at the chatbot issue is a good start, but just a start. [MUSIC]
