Hi I'm Sally Sannon. I want to talk to you about the next segment, which is called providing feedback. So let me just give you a, a brief overview of what you're going to be doing during this time. Because it gets a little bit complicated as we go through. The first thing you're going to do is, we're going to ask you to think about what's important and what's difficult about feedback. We know that feedback is important, but we want to be thinking very deeply about why should we be doing it, and why shouldn't we be doing it. The next segment is where we're going to ask you to watch some videos, and to comment on the videos about what was good and what was bad. So that you're kind of building a model of how good feedback works and what it looks like. The next segment is going to be that I'm going to propose a model for feedback. It's the four step model for feedback and we're hoping that you'll then go ahead and implement that. Following that, I'm going to show you some of the videos of some performance and then I want you to think about what feedback you would provide for these learners. So that you would get a sense of using the model, and applying the model, and what you might say. And then finally, as in all of these segments I'm going to ask you to go out and practice. Once you've gotten practice feedback so that you get a better sense of how to do it, and that you get feedback on your feedback so that you get better. It's a deliberate practice. So that's what we're planning for, for this segment.
