Welcome to the dance module. To me, this is one of the most enjoyable modules, because when we get to use our whole body it frees us. It frees our creativity and it frees our body, and it could be powerfully healing. So in this module, I'd like you to create a space in your life where you'll be able to practice with me, and where I'm going to be bringing in many dancers, so you'll be able to see a different styles of dancing and different processes that you can be engaged in. I want you to find some time in your life during this period where you have space to be able to dance. Where you'll be able to have freedom with movement. And so, this module is really an invitation for you, not only to explore the demonstrations that we're doing over the module with the different artists and dancers, but I want to invite you to begin looking at yourself as a dancer in every aspect of your life. The way you move through your day. The way you walk, in the way where you're working or where you live. Think about how you embody this energy of being a dancer and radiate from your whole body the sense of grace and movement. So I want to invite you to begin to explore how you can move in your body at whatever level or whatever place you want to begin. But being able to open up your body and really be connected to it, connected to who you are and how you move. And even if you're just moving your hands and just playing with scarves, or something like that if you're bed-bound or if you can't get out to move. Or really being able to go outside and move, or even just transforming the way you think about yourself as you walk through the day as a dancer. So I invite you to explore all these different ways of moving. These different ways of feeling and embodying the dancer within. So welcome to this module, and let's dance.
