This year is [jīn nián]. [wàiɡuó rén] is foreigner. [wàiɡuó] Foreign country. [Wǒmen yě xuéxí le] 'Chinese people'. [Zhōnɡɡuórén] [Wǒ shì Zhōnɡɡuórén.] [zuò] is to do. To cook, [zuò fàn]. The latter verb can be the purpose of the former. For example, [Mèimei lái zhōngguó xuéxí hànyǔ.] [Dìdi qù diànyǐngyuàn kàn diànyǐng.] Could you please have a try to answer the questions here? Look at the picture first. And based on the picture, there are questions. Number one, [tā zuò shénme gōngzuò?] Number two, [tā zài nǎr gōng zuò?] Number three, [tā de xuésheng duō ma?] And number four, [tāmen dōu shì zhōngguó rén ma?] And number four, [tāmen dōu shì zhōngguó rén ma?] The last one, [tāmen zài zuò shénme?] So I think for the answers you could say, ,probably, [tā shì lǎoshī], for the first question. And the second, [Tā zài dàxué, zhōnɡxué,] or [xiǎoxué ɡōnɡzuò.] I think should be [dàxué]. [Tā zài dàxué ɡōnɡzuò.] I think should be [dàxué]. [Tā zài dàxué ɡōnɡzuò.] And number three, [Tā de xuéshenɡ duō mɑ?] A lot? Not many. You could say [bù duō]. And next one, [tāmen dōu shì zhōngguó rén ma?] Probably not. So you could say [Búshì. Yǒu Zhōnɡɡuó rén, yě yǒu wàiɡuó rén.] or you could say [Tāmen dōu shì wàiɡuó rén.] Okay, the last question, [tāmen zài zuò shénme?] Studying, studying what?
