How do you run a school? Yeah. Right. Exactly. You've got to lead in these crazy uncertain times. We've got to. What we've been doing is talking about how we are in this together, and school is not a place. It is us. We are the school. Wherever we are, we're going to create that school environment. We're going to create that culture of care, whether it's remotely, whether it's in person, and we are a village. We always say that we are a village, we're working together. That connectedness is the only way that we're going to make it through this, because we're all experiencing the same thing. We need to be prepared. We got to prepare ourselves for everything, and then we have to work together and attend to our feelings and our self-care. That's how we've been doing it. All right. Thank you. And, Karen, so of all the things that you've seen specifically in terms of all these districts that are reopening or not reopening in whatever way they are, any takeaways or any thoughts about, is there a district or a best practice that you've seen, where you're like, "These people get SEL"? Yeah. I think there's a lot of places to point, a lot of success stories. But I will say sometimes the hardest thing is the easiest answer, and that is, we know that to mitigate stress, strong relationships matter, and helping to really create and prioritize time and structures, not only to say "it's okay", but to embed the intentional opportunities and efforts for teachers to connect, for kids to connect, for teachers and kids to connect, those relationships are what will get us through these stressful moments. We can use all kinds of fancy labels and sort of edu-speak about it, but it really does come down to schools that are prioritizing relationships, are doing, and I think most likely to be the most successful in this moment. Thank you.
