This is Mark Mueller-Eberstein. You are going through the digital transformation journey. In this section of maximizing customer and client engagement through digital transformation. I will focus with you on the creation of content for the virtual and augmented reality experiences. 360 degrees content, that is content that is all around us when we are emerging the experiences, are the new level of content creation. What makes 360 degree content so special? Well, 360 immersive video technology is the most engaging form of online content out there today, by including sight, sound, and motion. Consumers senses are stimulated in a multitude of ways. 360 immersive video technology motivates and animates the consumers and customers to delve deeper. So what makes 360 degrees content so special? 360 immersive video technology is the most engaging form of online content out there today, by including sight, sound, and motion. Consumers senses are stimulated in a multitude of ways. 360 degrees immersive video technology motivates and animates consumers to dive deeper. The consumers are curious and they love to explore and to engage. So what are those experiences consumers are looking for in the virtual world today? Mostly, they want to travel to places that otherwise are unreachable for them, they want to experience events, go into fantasy worlds that are outside of their realities. So what are the experiences you would like to experience in virtual reality or augmented reality? Make your personal list. Often I get asked, where do I find 360 degree content today? That's not that difficult. You can go out to YouTube 360, Facebook 360, Google VR, and even on local sites in the International Space, Baidu in China, Pandora in Japan, and VR download in Germany, are some examples where you can find 360 content today. As we talk about 360 content creation there are two main areas you need to keep in mind. One, is 360 video, this is where real life worlds are filmed in 360 degrees and then that content is made available to the consumers and users. On the other side, we have completely created digital words. Those are completely created on a computer and then made available to go to consumer. For the computer content, most of the 360 environments are created on three different platforms that you should have heard about, one, is unity, the second, UNREAL, and the last one, WEBVR. Those are the building tools to create imaginable worlds in the virtual and digital environment for our customers and clients. 360 degree video and experiences are not a vision of the future, they are here today. You already own a device that supports it, your smartphone. Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook said that millions of people watch 360 videos on Facebook every day. The leaders in streaming like YouTube and Facebook have invested heavily into the creation and making it the technology available to other creators around the world to create 360 video content. Really, almost all major video platforms support 360 video today. It's available on all the VR devices we've talked about, computers and more on phones. Consumers really want it, 63 percent of consumers age 16 to 24 are interested and experiences VR today. As we create 360 degree content it's important to remember that this video is scalable and translates to current and upcoming devices. So often, you might get a better experience as an high end device but even on the smartphone usually experiences is already mindblowing for many people who will see it the first time. As we are moving forward with the experiments about 360 content, it is really important to see, where is the cutting edge of what can be done? The arts are often embracing tech, and technologies, and experiment with the applications much earlier than the broad commercial environment. The arts are embracing virtual reality and augmented reality across the different spectrums. From theater, where England's Royal Shakespeare Company has a production of The Tempest where the main character Ariel is completely digital created and it's interacting onstage with real live actors. On the other hand, you have museums that are creating virtual experiences, that are rivaling art, in some areas even expanding far beyond what's possible in the real world. You will have artists, creative artists that are creating paintings, that then come to life when augmented reality or virtual technologies are applied where people have completely new artistic experiences within the art that has been created. Thank you very much of joining on this brief journey into the 360 degree content creation for virtual reality and augmented reality experiences.
