FastConnect, the private predictable service from OCI into your On-premises network. So the port speed that we offer for FastConnect is one gig, 10 gigs, and now in certain regions or certain types of services, we can offer a 100 gigs. We offer two ways of connecting to OCI through FastConnect, and that's the Private Peering. This will allow you to keep everything on the private space without facing the Internet at all. If you have a private network like a database in your On-premises and you need to connect to resources privately on RFC 1918 address in OCI, you select the private peering option. Now, Public Peering will allow you to connect from On-premises into OCI, public facing services, but bypassing the Internet. Public facing services like Object Storage or the autonomous Data Warehouse. Now, you only pay for the port. There's no charge for you for inbound or outbound data with FastConnect. It uses the Border Gateway Protocol for connectivity between OCI and On-premises. Your Router will advertise the routes to us and we will advertise the routes to your router through BGP. Now, we offer three scenarios for using FastConnect. The first one is a direct connection that you have from your Oracle co-location on the Data Center. If you're in the same co-location with us, we will issue a letter of authority to you and the datacenters staff will create a patch between OCI and your network on that data center. The second option is to an Oracle provider like Cloud exchange, though they already have an agreement with Oracle and check the region, and the region you are and when you're selecting the partners, you see which partners are available. Not all of them are in all the regions. Now, the third option is basically use up third-party provider that will allow you to reach the Oracle Data Center where we have our FastConnect links. Let's go ahead and check the use cases that we have for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, FastConnect. Latency-sensitive enterprise applications. This will allow you to predict latency in the service that you will be getting from FastConnect between On-premises and Data Center. You cannot get this with VPN because there's a third party involved and it leverages the Internet. So you're basically would begin, you're connecting over the Internet not with FastConnect. Big Data. This is a very important use case because obviously if you have a 100 gigs or paying gigs, you're going to be able to transfer a lot more data from On-premises into OCI. Having bypassing be Internet altogether allows you, with more confident, transfer data sensitive data from On-premises to OCI or vice versa. This is very similar to lift and shift to the Cloud at this very similar to pick data when you're migrating from On-premises, taking your physical datacenter and to the virtual datacenter that is OCI and FastConnect is a great option for this. Now, these are our partners. Again, check your region because not all of them are in all regions. It varies by region. If you're going to select option 2, which is through a partner, go ahead and see the partners and see which ones close to you, and you can leverage that one. You can read this slide. You can pause the video. I'm going to touch on some of the points right here. So typical bandwidth dependent, that's on the customer axis. We'll talk about that. Now, FastConnect we have one gig, 10 gigs, and in some cases, a 100 gigs. Now routing, we have static routing and dynamic routing. We also have now policy-based routing as well. The encryption by default you have that on the IPSec. There's no encryption on FastConnect. However, you can stylish your own firewall if you wish to do that. Again, very important, the SLA. There's no SLAs, no service level agreement with VPN because there's a third party. There is an SLA with FastConnect, 99.9 availability. Thank you very much.
