The Avatar technique We continue getting to know each other. Actually, while searching for one’s inner self, it is very important to have an opportunity to compare. When we ask ourselves: "Why am I unique?", "Who am I?", "For what purpose was I created?", "What will I enjoy doing?", "What is really my thing?", "When will I be full of strength and energy?", we set a task of finding out our own special things, our uniqueness. For this purpose it is necessary to be surrounded by other individuals, if you want to understand what makes you special. If you are isolated, it’s very difficult to understand in what way you are unique. Therefore, now we’ll get to know each other more deeply to know ourselves better. For this purpose, when we practise or meet in person, we do the Avatar exercise, very simple, but interesting. You have probably seen the movie “Avatar” and so you remember, there were inhabitants of the planet Pandora, blue and tall, and they had a very interesting body part, a hair queue for making a “tsaheylu” or connection, a bond with the "tree of life", with mates, or with animals. They could feel and perceive information, they said: "I see you". Now we are going to do the same. It will allow us to see others and see ourselves. This exercise comprises 5 stages. The first one we are going through right now: I am telling you what it is like, how it works and what we should do it for. And here are our hands, ready for “tsaheylu”, so rub them right now in front of the screen, come on, just do it, to make them warm. Ok, let’s go on. This is how we are going to do it online. You have the next item on the menu, after this video, your next task, it's called "discussion prompt". In this field you need to write three things: first, your name. Second, please think of your favorite character, from a fairy tale or cartoon or maybe from a song that you love, some significant iconic character. So: 1. Your name 2. Your favorite character 3. We are going to publish a link to your profile in any social network, be it Facebook or Twitter or any other. What for? Why are we doing this? To move on to the third point of our training. So, stage 3, or "warm-up". What is a warm-up? We are going to perform a ritual consisting of four steps. First: “Hello,… (name)”. For example: "Hello, door knob". Second: “What is your purpose?” And you say aloud: "What is your purpose? What were you created for?" If the door knob doesn’t mind, you touch it. And it, as if by magic, sends a signal to your head: "For door opening". You hear this signal and, attention, you voice it. Let’s do this now. After you have voiced it, you say: "Thank you very much, door knob". Next, you address another object, say, a mug. You come up to the mug and say: "Hello, mug", first. If the mug doesn’t mind, you touch it, and it, as if by magic, answers your question: "What is your purpose, what were you created for?", and the mug tells you something. Practise, it's very exciting. Just don’t forget to say: "Thank you, mug." In this way you address ten objects, increasing the level of complexity. It looks as follows: you start with a pencil, a mug – some very simple objects. And then, for example, you come up to some organic object in the room, say, a plant. You come up to it, you touch it and say: "Hello, plant. What is your purpose?" And there comes a burst. The sounds and the voice coming from it are much more comprehensive. It's not just for generating oxygen or reproducing, it's also for decoration, it falls asleep in winter, and wakes up in summer. And so it tells you a very beautiful story about what it is, why it was created, for what reason, and this story is much more eventful. Go to an apple. Take the apple. "What is your purpose?". And suddenly the apple emits numerous signals: "I'm actually a fruit with a seed inside. I am destined to be reborn, and I'm also meant to feed you, and, what’s more, to please you. And I'm also a symbol in lots of fairy tales". And suddenly you realize that the apple has many different attributes to its purpose. The information gets more and more extensive and your "tsaheylu" starts working better. So, all these stages are devoted to only one task. Better and better, deeper and deeper, we are getting to know the purpose of those things around through "tsaheylu". Practise, this is a very beautiful experience. Intuitive, very exciting. Listen to the depth of these signals. Stage 4, you do the following. In your "Discussion Prompt", you find at least five links to social networks of your course mates. And what do you think you should do? Of course, exactly the same. Stage 4. You are a detective. What does it look like? You open a link in a social network and, surprisingly, you find out that if you look at some person, a lot of things about them become obvious. Their hobbies, interests, what they are like in general. You analyze this person. Scroll the page down, look through their friend list, take a detached view of them, as you did with the apple. So, make the bond with this person in exactly the same way, and, eventually, sum it up and give them their profile, your opinion of them, a vector of their uniqueness. I will ask you to do two things for each person. You send them a message consisting of two phrases. First, their main interests. That is, you checked it out and you saw that this person is a fan of food, yachts and posts children. And quite often you can see them with a microphone. And so you go like this: "Oh, ok, I see. So you like this, this, and that. This is about you”. And you send their main interests to them. The second point of your message is the professions you would recommend — it’s about how you correlate these hobbies and interests with the outside world. In what form the world can “buy” such a hobby. For example, you open a profile in a social network and see that there are cakes, tarts, and recipes of milk shakes everywhere. You look at it and say: "Hey, now I understand everything, I see you. You're a cook, in your heart you are a cook". So text him that. You can also write — listen, maybe you could be not only a cook, you could also open your own restaurant, write a book, make a video blog about food. Look, you're doing it 24/7. That’s it. Just send this simple verdict to the person, mentioning their special things and recommended professions. Done. Sent. By the way, now you will see a pop-up window with a small test, a question for you. And this is what I want to know. Would you like the people looking through your profile to be completely honest, when telling you what they think of you? And if there were any strange comments, could they say what they really think? So, attention, here is the question. Would you like to be answered honestly? Yes. No. To you it is absolutely obvious, looking at a person's profile, what they are like. Well, honestly, from social networks we get a very clear image of who is who. Who is an athlete, who loves food, who is all into children, who is a physicist, a mathematician, so many things are obvious. It's very difficult to hide things after having been telling everybody about yourself for five years. Look closer and on the surface you will see a passport, a psychological and social portrait. Everything is clear. The only one who does not know anything about what they are like is, believe me, this very person. Why are we doing this? To pump up the muscle that we are going to use for our own benefit later. So our final point — you do exactly the same, but please no hurry. Once again, remember, "warm-up", start with simple objects. Then the objects should become more complex, sending a more complex message about their purpose, more curious, more fascinating. Then other people. And only then you yourself. If you immediately start analyzing your own profile and say: "Ok, I see", well, you are spoiling the exercise. You can do it, actually, especially if you are working in the amateur mode. Just look and play smart: "Oh yes, now I understand how this works". But if you are focused on the result, you have to do it step by step. So that's it — you texted your mates in social networks and, finally, you analyzed yourself, exactly in the same format, without violating the ritual, which is important. "Hello, Pavel, what is your purpose?" You have applied your "tsaheylu". Speaking of which, they say that, depending on where you apply it, different purposes may emerge. Well, experiment in different ways, touch different things. By the way, if you have a relative or friend who will not consider you crazy when you will be exercising the avatar technique on people, you can come up to this person and say: "Let me give it a try. I've already perceived the purpose of a pencil, TV and our cat. Ok, hold on, stand still". And your friend or wife will do as you say, like this. They will pretend they are a tree. You approach them and do like this: "Hello, darling, what is your purpose?" and listen to the signal. Listen to the signal. Maybe you'll receive some sunlight or whatever. Practise. Exercise. With your relatives, friends, it's very interesting. When you come to our live trainings, we do it as an obligatory task. This is a must-do at each intensive course. So, do not be shy, many people have already done that before you. Neither are you the first, nor the last. Practise, and eventually use "tsaheylu" for yourself and write down the conclusion in your notebook. This will give you one more powerful clue about who you are, and what you are. It will also help you get to know people around you and, being among them, you will see your uniqueness. Thank you very much for doing the exercises.
