[MUSIC] Hi, my name is Jeff Flesher. I'm an adjunct instructor in the College of Business at the University of Illinois where I teach MBA specialization capstone courses. I currently work in Underwriter's laboratory supporting organization development, continuous improvement in training needs. I've held senior positions in HR and learning for over 20 years. In those roles I've been responsible for areas including organization development, change management, succession planning, performance management, staffing, and training systems. I've also been responsible for the design and implementation of global executive education and leadership development programs at Exelon, at the laboratories Incorporated, in Underwriter's labs. I've been affiliated with the University of Illinois for many years, initially, as a staff member in Electrical and Computer Engineering followed by graduate work in faculty positions in the College of Education where I've taught graduate courses and topics like Strategic Planning, Organizational Development and Leadership Program Development. It's been a great pleasure to be engaged in creating organization success at some great companies in many places around the world. My work has allowed me to support individual growth and development for thousands of students and employees, and that now includes you.
