[MUSIC] So first, you talk about visioning, and Cruyff and the Costa Rican carbon neutrality? >> Yeah. Can you explain those to me? >> Yeah, yeah. >> [LAUGH] >> I mean, so the endless quest, you described it perfectly, right? >> Yeah. >> There's never going to be a situation where it's like, we're sustainable now, we did it. >> Yeah, [LAUGH]. >> So, but that's where the fun is, right? It's yeah, it's why when people retire from soccer, they're disappointed that they can't play anymore. >> Yeah. >> Right? >> You don't have the competition, you don't have this constant challenge. >> Yeah, sure. >> So it's the reason I like my job so much. >> Yeah. >> Is I get to do research and explore new areas. So it's an endless quest, I don't want to pretend there's a single solution out there but that quest is fun. So, to help us on that quest though, right, to kind of pursue sustainability, one of the first steps, right, is for framing that quest is visioning and saying okay, what do we want the future to look like in 50 years? And Cruyff is a Dutch soccer legend who just passed away unfortunately, but he was a soccer visionary. So he was a soccer visionary as a player, but he's also a soccer visionary at Barcelona. So when he was a player at Barcelona, he actually started their youth development system and then that team at Barcelona kind of came out of that youth development system. Or the players that are coming out of that youth development system have led to some of Barcelona's successes 20 years in the future. So he had this vision of like this is what I want youth development to be, and this is where I think it can go, and then that having that vision helped him understand the steps that he could put in place towards that vision. Now, with sustainability, going to another example like carbon neutrality is a vision that you can have, right? >> Yeah. >> And Costa Rica said, okay, we know where we want to get to. It's carbon neutrality. And then, they can start to make steps towards getting to the carbon neutrality. And so, yeah, they're not carbon neutral, yet. But they say, okay, we have this vision, they thought about what's an important vision for them to have. And then that helps them craft to their steps and make their endless quest, not necessarily have a destination, but have a guide to it. >> Yeah.
