Actionable Business Intelligence gives us a glimpse at our strengths and weakness while highlighting options to maximize return on investment and the opportunity to course-correct when we can mitigate risk and preserve savings. Cost-Benefit Analysis or CBA is a tool that can quickly provide this type of Business Intelligence. In this tutorial, you will gain experience building the cost-benefit model, learn how those components come together to produce actionable intelligence, and conduct a cost-benefit analysis. You will accomplish this in your guided tutorial as we work side-by-side in the free-to-use software Google Sheets. By the end of this tutorial, you will understand use cases for conducting cost-benefit analysis, how the intelligence can be used for decision-making, and you will be able to confidently conduct a cost-benefit analysis in any spreadsheet software. Note: This tutorial works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
Some familiarity with spreadsheet software is helpful, but not required.
