Preventative measures can be identified by utilizing this tool at any level of management. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.

Basic understanding of Six Sigma and process improvement. Familiarity of Google Sheets/workbook system and Google email account is required.
