By the end of this project, you will be able to create and understand the process flow of a Six Sigma DMADV project, and how it can be used in any workplace. You will be learning how to organize a work space to improve the performance and efficiency in Google Slides and Google Sheets. You will be able to create a visualized workload to increase efficiency in the workplace and identify potential negative effects on your company. Preventative measures can be identified by utilizing this tool at any level of management. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.

  2. Create and build the Define Phase using the Project Charter in Google Sheets and Google Slides.

  4. Create and build the Analyze and Design Phase using the 5 Whys and Implementation Plan in Google Sheets and Google Slides.

  5. Create and build the Verify Phase using the Standard Operating Procedure in Google Sheets and Google Slides
