  1. Use the Microsoft Windows Control panel options to locate the computer's processor specifications, RAM, operating system version and status, and locate and update the computer's name 

  2. Locate and use the Start menu functions and settings and pin and unpin apps to the taskbar

  3. Locate and open Google Chrome and Firefox browsers

  4. Use minimize, maximize, restore, drag, and close capabilities to manage windows

  5. Use the Microsoft Windows Settings app to locate the computer’s display information

  6. Use Microsoft Windows Device Manager to view the monitor and driver details
