By the end of this project, you will understand the value businesses receive when leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems for business intelligence. You will also understand how to approach CRM sales data and be able to predict sales by conducting a sales forecast in Google Sheets. To do this, you will work with sales data retrieved from a CRM in the free-to-use spreadsheet software Google Sheets. While gaining hands-on experience working with sales data, you will also review best practices to ensure data quality so that the analytics produced can be confidently used for decision-making. Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.
