El programa en Desarrollo de nuevas empresas te ofrece la posibilidad de adquirir los conocimientos y habilidades necesarios para idear y poner en marcha tu propia empresa. Vas a recorrer un camino que incluye el desarrollo de una idea de negocio y la realización de pruebas con consumidores reales, la generación de un modelo de negocio capaz de generar ingresos y la construcción y presentación de cifras financieras esenciales que todo emprendedor debe utilizar en su diálogo con aliados, financiadores e inversionistas. Objetivos de aprendizaje: 1. Desarrollar habilidades para tomar decisiones informadas respecto a cómo definir y validar los elementos requeridos para llevar una idea emprendedora a la realidad. 2. Construir una ruta de emprendimiento que facilite el descubrir, construir, proyectar y crecer como componentes sustanciales del proceso del emprendedor. El programa está diseñado bajo los principios de aprender haciendo, desarrollar a partir de la identificación de necesidades reales del consumidor, validar las ideas con consumidores reales a través de prototipos y buscar las ventas con rapidez, para asegurar la transformación del individuo en emprendedor.
