Eligible US businesses can get access to the Google AI Professional Certificate, plus the full suite of Google AI training and Certificates, for their employees. After business approval, you will also be granted three months of no-cost access to Google Workspace Business Standard.

Complete the form below and create a Coursera account with the same email.* Please allow 5-7 business days for your information to be validated. Upon successful validation, you will receive a confirmation email with onboarding details and access to your account.**

*Note: For business sizes greater than 50, it is mandatory to have a Coursera account associated with the same email used during the application process. If you do not create a Coursera account, your request will remain pending until an account is created.

This offer is eligible to U.S. based small and medium businesses who have a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) and 500 employees or less.

A business owner or employee with authority to make decisions regarding supplementary learning for employees in the organization. By submitting the form, this individual is considered the administrator of the learning program.

No. This offer is limited to one administrator per business.

You will receive a confirmation email upon form submission. Your application will then be verified to ensure program criteria are met. Once your business is verified as a registered US business, the administrator will receive emails from Coursera outlining the next steps.

Obtaining an EIN is easy and free.

The fastest way is to apply directly at the IRS website. If you are not comfortable sending information via the Internet, you can download IRS Form SS-4, and Application for Employer Identification Number and submit it via postal mail. Alternatively, you can receive your EIN by calling the IRS at 800-829-4933 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time (Pacific time for Alaska and Hawaii).

The verification process typically takes between 5 and 7 business days.

Upon sign-up and approval for the Google AI Professional Certificate Scholarship offer, you will receive three-month of no-cost access to both Google Workspace Business Standard and Google AI Pro.

Your business will get three months of no-cost access to Google Workspace Business Standard, valued at $42 per employee ($14/month per seat + local taxes, as applicable). This includes premium versions of Gmail, Docs, Meet, and more with Gemini built-in and enterprise-grade security. You’ll also get custom business email, 2 TB of storage, appointment booking pages, and more (terms apply).*

This offer is valid for new customers only. Additional Google Workspace plans can be purchased via workspace.google.com.

Because a custom email is included in the offer, your business needs to either have an existing domain or purchase a new one during the registration process. It is important to note that you cannot access the offer without a domain, as the very first step in the setup process is linking your account to a custom domain to generate your business-specific email addresses.

You can invite up to 300 employees to be included in your Google Workspace Business Standard plan that is offered with this program.

Google Workspace is designed for organizations and provides premium versions of Gmail, Docs, Meet, and more with enterprise-grade security and built-in AI solutions, helping you and your employees to do your best work. The Google Workspace Business Standard plan also includes custom business email, 2 TB of storage, appointment booking pages, and more helpful features for your business and your employees.

Google AI Pro allows individuals to get access to new and powerful features in Gemini, Flow, and NotebookLM as well as AI-powered assistance from Gemini directly in Google apps, with 2 TB of storage included.

Within 7 days of being approved for the Google AI Professional Certificate scholarships, you will receive a follow-up email with a code to access three months of Google Workspace Business Standard at no cost, and can enroll their teams.

Every learner will receive the unique redemption code in a content reading item within the first course of the Google AI Professional Certificate. You can follow the steps to redeem the trial offer, including adding a credit card for subscription payment once the three month extended trial ends.

Once the signup form is received and your business is verified, the administrator will receive an email with instructions on distributing scholarships among employees. Employees should not sign up individually.

Scholarships are distributed based on the number of employees / learners indicated in your application at sign-up.

Existing Coursera business customers with less than 500 employees are eligible for free access to the Google AI Professional Certificate. Please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager for more information.
