The Coursera Career Readiness Program connects Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Tribal Colleges & Universities (TCUs) to empower these higher education institutions to align academic programs with evolving workforce needs while maintaining academic integrity and faculty ownership. Participating campuses will integrate content from Coursera Career Academy and Professional Certificates, including partners like Google, IBM, Microsoft, Adobe, Meta, and Salesforce, into credit-bearing courses and degree programs.
