I missed an option of having a better live support by the Trailhead site in case you run by some problems doing the excercieses.

Course is very useful and knowledgeable, but require more guidance for how to complete the modules and batches need more videos.

A lot cover in a few hours, need to have projects with Salesforce to master this knowledg

Really Useful

This is fine as an introduction to Salesforce, but 90% of the content is just a wall of text to read and a few knowledge check questions. There is very little hands on learning that happens, which made it incredibly boring to actually learn anything. Highly recommend you watch any videos that are included in each module, before actually doing the reading portion, as they will give you an overview of what the reading will be. Majority of the hands on learning happens in the third module. 5/5 content, 1/5 user experience.

Students can learn better if you teach them using videos content instead of theory.

It's not for beginners. This course requires functional knowledge of Salesforce.

At times it did not seem as if the directions were very clear and requiring peer grading of a screenshot of badge completion seemed like a poor way to grade assignments.

I found it less engaging than I expected, particularly with how much text/reading was involved as compared to other learning formats/styles (audio, visual, etc.).

Wasn't very helpful in making me understand Salesforce from a non-sales perspective. I work for a non-profit, but our use of Salesforce doesn't involve selling anything or customer service. It would be great if there was a course explaining how non-profit can use Salesforce for their needs.

The instructions were extremely innacurate and made the entire process overwhelming and frustrating as following step by step what I saw on my screen vs what they showed was never the same.

It is so weird that you should read and learn by yourself. Very long reading parts. Anyone can do search and find these kind info without paying to this course.

For this kind of course....I make it better on trailhead, don´t waste your time on this.

What is Salesforce? Don't expect any explanation in this basics course.
