Really great course! It was a nice introduction to the field of study, with a focus on the importance of communication that can be practiced in everyday workplaces.

The course presentation was very easy to follow and relate with the presenters. I have also learnt a lot that I have immediately started applying to my work environment

The content of the course is good - most I liked about the course is - Assignement methods and problems. Very elaborative & I need to have complete clarity of the subject before doing the assignment papers. But there're many problems in this course - a) video quality - the volume of the video is too low b) trainer quality - very orthodox style of lecture delivery, not at all engaging c) Guest quality also needs to be upgraded.
