Better than I expected! It was well thought out, organized and a great way to kick off the series of courses necessary for certification.

It covers the basics to get a understanding of what Information Technology is. You gain a new level of knowledge wanting to learn more!!

It was great learning fundamentals of technical support. Though it was foundational, but it was quite professional and fully explained .

Informative for a beginner like myself. I don’t believe this alone is going to get you a job but for sure a step in the right direction.

All the instructors were great at teaching the respective IT modules and breaking it down to where anyone can pick it up and understand!

Very informative. I went through it to refresh my knowledge. It was a fun experience relearning stuff that would otherwise be forgotten.

I enjoyed that it catered to my learning needs, I learn best hands on and I was able to learn doing just that with hands on practical's.
