The course is very meticulously designed to focus on application of lean tools and lean thinking in both manufacturing and services.

Good overview of Lean. Excellent refresher for those that may have had training in the past. The section on Services is good and is something normally not covered in typical Lean courses.

Dear all,
I would STRONGLY suggest that the course/programme is re-named to:
'Management of Food&Beverage-Products and -Brands'
or
'How to Manage and Market Food&Beverage-Products and -Brands'
The current naming 'Food & Beverage Management' makes one think of a qualification for 'Food & Beverage Manager' in a hotel, restaurant.
This is a VERY SERIOUS issue; some people already asked me if I am trying to qualify as 'F&B Manager', and indeed I am NOT!
Best regards

A question on an early assignment made no sense. It asked where value is added in taking a taxi, over the tube, when the tube is faster and cheaper. AT NO POINT. You can make a phone call from literally anywhere, this is the 21st Century. Getting up off your sofa reduces value in this case.
