Very easy to follow along, repetition of key ideas helped with memorizing them. It was also important for the key ideas to be connected across different modules.

The course materials were very useful, but the delivery method was weak for me. I found it very difficult to understand what the lecturer was saying, so I watched the videos without sound and only read the text on the slides. Many times there were also breaks in the text or the text repeated itself — this definitely needs improvement, as the sound quality was very poor.

Great information that can be used by people new and experienced in quality. audio quality during lessons could be better, mixed with the instructors heavy accent, some content can be hard to understand without the subtitles.

Well-presented basic overview of the topic. More detailed practical examples would be helpful - the mentioned ones were general.

The course content is very structured (and excessively repeating). I've learned a couple of key concepts. The lecturer simply reads from a teleprompter or from the slides, which does not motivate learners. The English transcripts need serious amendments. Audio volume differs significantly in different videos. I'd never mention Boeing as a good example for quality management.

This course is a good introduction to the world of Quality. The content, methodologies, and case studies are well-described and useful. The only negative I can say is the terrible audio in most of the videos: very difficult to listen to and sometimes even annoying.

The information was good, but the content became extremely repetitive. A lot of material could be cut out and the course could be condensed to one module.
