I liked so much this course. The examples were so good to connect the concept and the real scenarios. Soft skill are so important and I'll use it to increase my communication with my colleagues.

I really enjoyed this course. It was very clear and straight to the point. I just need to go ahead and start trying to apply what I learned and I'm sure I'll get some extra questions then.

Quite a bland course with a lot of academic theories and tangent deliveries that aren't business or personal development-related. The quizzes are nothing more than memorizing or identifying textbook terms and definitions most of the time rather than case studies or practical applications. Feels more like an intro 101 college course.
