I recently completed this second course in the Google Business Intelligence Professional Certificate, and I couldn't be more impressed! I appreciated the hands-on exercises that reinforced our learning, allowing us to apply theoretical concepts in practical scenarios. One of the standout features of this course was the hands-on activities that involved using Google Cloud Platform tools like BigQuery and Dataflow. I gained invaluable experience creating and running Dataflow jobs and building data pipelines. These practical exercises not only solidified my understanding of the theoretical concepts but also provided me with a real feel for these powerful technologies. The course content was well-organized and comprehensive, providing a solid foundation in data modeling and database architecture. I appreciated how the curriculum seamlessly integrated both theoretical knowledge and practical applications, making it easier to see the relevance of what we were learning. I really liked this course. It explains how data is collected, stored, and moved between systems. The lessons are easy to understand and well-organized. We used BigQuery and SQL to complete hands-on tasks, which helped me apply what I learned. The exercises were useful and showed how things work in real projects. Some topics were a bit difficult at first, but the videos and examples helped me understand. At the end, I created a small project to check my knowledge.

It helped reinforce practical knowledge. A few questions could benefit from slightly more context or clarification (e.g., distinguishing between ETL and ELT based on order of operations), but overall, a solid learning experience.

This teacher and course and both awesome. I was trying to learn about data models and data pipelines using many different and fragmented learning resources on platforms like Youtube and LinkedIn learning, but this course gave me the BI database information I was looking for this whole time. Ty Google and ty Ed.

It was a really good course. They go over ETL which stands for Extract, trasform and load. They also give you an opportunity to try out datasets by using google gloud. I think that inlcuding more animations about how ETL works would be much better to understand. Overall a really good course.

Wonderful learning , course 2 was even more better than the foundations in course 1, as got to learn the depths of BI, had a refresh learning older concepts(Data Analytics) with add on to the newer concepts here(Pipelines,ETL,ELT). Cant wait to explore whats in store in Course 3.

I really like to dive deep into data pipelines and how it's all connected between gathering the necessary stakeholders needs and extracting the data, to then ensure it's all in a correct format, assuring integrity and trustworthy of the data. Really well done course!
