This course gives a great over review on how to develop and implement a training program.

Some of material redundant and the arrangement of material framework not really good.

I appreciate that we do not have to review others work as a requirement.

Great course, easy to follow but with a great deal of information.

There are some obvious incorrect information in this course, for example, the definition of ROI and Absentee Rate is incorrect upon checking on the Internet.

This course covers a lot of very specific information, and while the videos are in depth, for some reason the quizzes are poorly worded, intentionally perhaps, and sometimes difficult to understand. I found several questions in the quizzes that did not appear to actually have a correct answer based on what was explained in the videos. There were also questions asked that I found no reference/answer to at all in the video teachings. Overall, this course left me feeling frustrated, as I felt I had very thoroughly taken notes and learned the provided information, yet when it came time for quizzes, I was left feeling irritated and dissatisfied.

I Cannot get my certificate

it was as mentioned a free course, in between the course they have graded assessment which needs upgradation. so how it is a free course. i have completed all the modules and assignmet and still wont be able to download the certificate since it has paid graded assignment. this is so misleading
