Well made and simple to understand, had previous experience and it was dead on. Great for beginners and a great refresher for people trying to get a cert for their resume or to expand their knowledge.

I recommend this course for everyone who is a beginner in computing. it's easy to understand and you will learn a lot of things especially to those who never had the experience to computing. Enjoy!

The course was laid out well, some of the VM stuff is a little janky, but overall a great introductory course. If you are familiar with computers you will breeze through it, I finished it in 3 nights.

I was able to understand the process of it support. And I could learn how to deal with users. Above all, it was an opportunity to think about the process of solving problems and how to overcome them.
