This was a great course. I really enjoyed the material and learned a lot of good information to apply to my work with community advocacy.

This course was definitely well intentioned and probably useful for people new to digital navigation, non profits, and/or serving people in a community based way. It addresses a much needed skill. I appreciated the clear definitions and organization of the course, the multiple choice questions that provided quick and clear feedback on my learning process; the emphasis on privacy; and attempts to address inclusion, equity, and serving racially and ethnically diverse clients. However, the course still left much to be desired for all learners: The lack of options to easily read the content was difficult for me; the course was not inclusive to diverse learning styles; Many of the same points were said again and again, sometimes in different ways; the content was not new to me as someone with a background working in public libraries, which made it difficult to be engaged with the material and find things to learn; the content was not scaled to a variety of learners; most of the questions could be answered without having reviewed the content; the discussion questions could have used more detail - how long are the answers expected to be?
