Awesome content, I just think the lecturer could have rehearsed a little bit more. Also, there was an error in one of the video, when the presenter says "We feed sugar to the algae as a source of carbon, instead of light" which is not right since sunlight is not a source of carbon, but a source of energy

It's a great course that gives you a broad view of Algae applications, the part of molecular biology is easy to understand, and I think my only complain is that from week 4 to 6 it becomes kind of repetitive with so many lectures about companies.

Great and interesting course, as a Uni student i have seen some of the biotech aspects in my junior years, but in this course these aspect are presented to fast, i would suggest to summarize them in 1/2 videos but explained better

The entire course was very knowledgeable, although, a little complex, the videos helped understand better in a visual format. The transcripts also put in a good amount of help.

module 1 was little difficult and the professor's were also not able to explain well and very looking less confident but next 5 were awesome with packs of knowledge

The course can be improved more by updating the module 5-6 and include genetic engineering techniques updates and research upto-date.

First half was really informative from a scientific viewpoint, although just as in the intro course the visual presentation could be made better (clearer, less messy). The second half, however, felt more like a company pitch meeting. It's great if you're interested to see which companies are out there, and it is interesting to see the science in commercial use, but I think it's iffy to mix in business into education. Also, I'm here for the sciency geekness, hehe. All in all, good.

It has been interesting, but some of the videos are more similar to a comercial advertisement than a biotech presentation.
It is very funny to find, in a Biotechnology course, that some of the companies are claiming that their products are "Non-GMO"
In some talks there is no supplementary material provided in order to expand the knowledge
