Identify professional and ethical standards. 7. Describe human-centered approaches to Career Coaching and Navigating. To be successful in this course, no prior experience with career coaching or navigation is required. You just need a passion to help people, along with basic computer skills (some knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and email)....

Overall, this is a solid introduction to career navigating and coaching. It provides a good basis for material to be covered in future courses as well as additional self-study. A few concepts, however, could be presented with a little more consistency and clarity.

If you take this course, think of it more as a map of the various concepts and professional/ethical concerns you'll need to explore.

The content was really good and helpful, I could learn a lot from it. However, captions are spelled and punctuated wrongly, so it was difficult to follow the text while listening - I prefer to read at the same time for better understanding.
