Great instruction and easy to digest for beginners like me. However, some of the examples were already a paid feature in SurveyMonkey so I wasn't able to test them out.

Very basic with content that can easily obtained free from e.g., YouTube. Practically, no insights about the design of a good survey e.g., question formats, rating scales, and question wording to obtain meaningful responses and minimize misunderstandings.

The whole thing suddenly ended even I was still working at step 3 and I couldn't redo or leave the course. Is this due to technical issue?
