I'm only in the first module. I wasn't sure what to expect from this course but I'm happy so far. The information learnt can be used in any field that requires the use of written correspondence. The techniques and tips are very helpful.

Many of the external reading links contain many pop-ups and advertising. I also found a few of the external reading links to not be very helpful, they seemed a bit teen-like information, and not on the level that I would recommend

This is the 2nd course I have taken, and I think this is the better course. I gave it 4 Stars. I wish there were more samples or examples and/or interactive material. It's better when you can put your hands on it.

The last quiz has incorrectly worded questions. It asks for items that are NOT characteristics. When the answer is chosen, it marks it as incorrect. The explanation shows that the correct answer was selected.

Rating should be encouraged at the end of the course. I have not finished this course so I don't know whether I would find the things I am looking for in this course or not. Till now, it deserves a 4 star.

It would be helpful to see actual examples of technical writing. Perhaps the sophisticated original document could be shown, along with snips of the steps it takes to convert it to a layman's version.

So far so good, however there were inconsistencies and errors on the final graded exam. Please double check for redundant questions and inaccurate answers.

Nice overall, it would be better if the lecturer could provide more detail information and project or case studies for SEO, API, etc.

The content was very good along with excellent links to other resources. The quiz questions were VERY basic and could be improved.

Easy to follow videos and assignments. I appreciate the transcripts because my ear isn’t tuned to the instructor’s accent yet.

Some aspects regarding the audio of the lessons could be improved, but overall the flow and weaving of each topic was great!

It would be perfect if the course would include pdf, words and others as templates and/or examples for practice by us.

I think that overall, it is a good course. I am hoping that there will be more exercises and real life examples.

The material was good. The honking horns in the background of a few slideshows was annoying.

Excellent so far, but #11 on the final quiz has an error in the answer choice and grading.

In some of the videos, the traffic and beeping noises in the background were distractive
