Enjoyed taking the course. Its hard for me to stay engaged for a lot of things but this course was well designed to keep me focused

Excellent but only for those who are absolute beginners and have no passing familiarity whatsoever with computer technology and IT.

Qwiklabs were the most interesting part of the course and I learned a lot about troubleshooting, customer service and documentation

Excellent presentation, great knowledge skills acquired and it is the first one which actually made sense in each and every lesson.

It was great! This course set me up for success and I cant wait to keep learning about the IT field and everything it has to offer.

It's great! It takes rather difficult concepts but boils them down into bite sizes and makes them easier to understand and utilize!

This course does a great job in teaching the basics of each category and gives a new learner a broader perspective of the IT field.
