I felt like the material was scattered. In the first module, there are a bunch of downloads that have very little explanation. The videos have been taken from another larger course or program and it makes you feel like you've missed a bunch of stuff somewhere. There is a W10 VM image that is referenced in several of the videos. If you download that and try to follow along, it doesn't work at all.

Windows 10 VM, from Digital Forensics Concepts (Module 1) course, is a corrupted 21 GB ZIP file that I couldn't open on three different machines: Windows, Linux, and Mac. I contacted support, and after 2 days of back and forth emails, they couldn't resolve he issue. It was a mediocre service and clearly the support people had no idea what they are were doing or how their platform worked!
