Very detailed about generative and agentic AI, and also introduces other, less-known forms of AI that assist with video generation, audio production, and coding.

I definitely appreciated that this didn't cover just text-to-image tools. I feel that even if someone is not new to AI, they might do something during this course that they haven't done before.

Videos present information very fast with spoken text mostly just reading out slide content in minimally longer sentences. This leaves no time to benefit from the combination of audio and video. In order to remember any details videos need to be re-viewed or be stopped frequently. The tools used during the course always come as a surprise and multiple accounts for different tools would have to be created over time. It is not understandable why the same environment used for the final exercise cannot also be used for the different hands-on exercises.

I thought there was too much emphasis on different AI tools. It felt like an infomercial and the quizzes were primarily reinforcements of AI tools without much substance. I also thought the AI model that narrated the videos sounded like a robot. The language model spoke too quickly without much inflection and I found it challenging to take notes. I preferred to hear actual humans speak. I thought the labs were helpful.

Some of the lessons were really awesome, but in this course so many AI tools were introduced in a too cursory manner. It would be more effective to have at least a good summary/list/recap of these AI Tools for future use. Also, given how rapidly AI tools are evolving, some of the content and test/quizzes responses might be already outdated.

It's too repetitive from time to time, I'm doing the IBM Generative AI Engineering Professional Certificate and this course with the introduction to artificial intelligence usually covers the same topics but deeper, it's too slow and repetitive for me.
