I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was a great refresher for the CS classes I took in college. It was also wonderful learning new information. I’m looking forward to the following courses.

Great course, very informational. Google does a wonderful job explaining everything and preparing you for the IT world if you are new, or helping you understand more if you have experience.

It was really a very great eye opener in understanding and implementing the basis aspect of computer support skills . The labs were so interactive just like a real scenario problem solving .

Great fundamentals. There are a couple places where clarification could be used. Some things that are on the quiz were "briefly" touched on during the video material. Otherwise, great stuff!

In general the course I liked, the content is very interesting and very well explained.

On the other hand, I would have preferred to have included more illustrative and interactive material.

Its really good!! The videos and materials are very professional and well done. Time flew by to the point I was able to cover a good amount of the course this week and still have a day off:)

The course was easy to follow, and the labs and resources made learning the material easy and effective. I will definitely be taking more Google IT certification courses in the near future.

Recommend to do but, IT DID NOT TAKE MONTHS LIKE IT SAID IT WOULD IF I DID 1 HOUR A DAY!! It lied to me D: (It's fun though definite must do if you have so much time to waste on your hands)

I've been used to the traditional method of learning, didn't think I could pull this off considering it's a field I'm entirely new to, but, the lectures were concise and easy to understand.

The course was very informative, and what I liked the most was that the instructors explained the topic in simple language so that even non-native speakers could understand it.

The course was as described. Also, the time to finish the course was easy to manage with my hectic work schedule. Would definitely recommend this for a busy person trying to make a change.

I would only suggest to have a few more visuals. I'm a visual learner, and really like hands on types of learning. This course was great but I'd love a little more involved work! Thank you!

Great course, helped me to understand the basics of technical support. The teachers did a great job and the tasks always kept me in check to make sure I was following and actually learning.

Simple course, but filled with your basic good information for starting in IT. I currently work as a Web Developer. Just exploring the other fields of IT and I honestly found this to be Ok.

very comprehensive and intuitive course . I am a former IT support specialist using these courses to return to the field and to bridge the gap. I enjoyed the material and instructors a lot.

I really enjoy the course was so interesting ,but one of my Quiz I exceed number of complete it well so i didn't complete it .other wise I can rate 5 star this course the step up is good .

It is a great start for the fist 6 weeks it goes into things that you may or may not know. All in all if you know a lot or even a little this will teach you something you may not have known

I am now good at networking, hardware and software, operating systems, etc since I started learning from coursera my skills level increased to much and i discovered my strength in IT field.

This is the best course ever, the time is perfect, all the teachers talk in a simple way that you understand it quickly, they give you the important information you will look for it in IT
