I loved taking this course! It touched on everything I have already been doing throughout my career and it gave much more insight to the "why" behind what we do in the HR field.

This course have been enlightening in knowing the process and the steps that HR goes through to choose and attract applicants, but this is not necessary for all types of positions.

I am having problems with the peer review section nd it is keeping me from completing this part. I need a response from Coursera as soon as possible.

The amount to be paid to get the certificate and access to graded quizzes is not very affordable with or without financial aid

The content is obviously thorough and I'm sure some will find the format helpful, however, it is absolutely not accessible or inclusive of varied learning styles or for neurodivergent people. Having to sit through long anecdotal videos to get to pertinent information is very narrow and disappointing. Having the option of static slides would be a good start, or having anecdotes being optional/supplementary videos would be even better. If you are neurodivergent, please consider *how* you learn before signing up to this course and whether or not it may be suitable for you.

Frankly, poor. Information is not always presented in a clear manner, and is sometimes actually factually incorrect, and test answers are sometimes wrong. This specialization is the worst set of courses I have encountered on Coursera and the courses need a thorough review.

Not worth it. The info is poorly structured and presented, the exercises don't really let us put anything into practice, too few "real life" examples of the information or case studies are offered. This is just an expensive brochure for a much better course.

Too much dialogue. Details are not always laid out in a concise manner.

Very bad, you need to pay for upgrading the course; otherwise, they will not provide you with the certificate. Is it what free really means?
