You’ll explore personal resilience – your capacity to withstand and cope with stress – and strategies for self-management, motivation and organisation. Very nice course. Some links to articles need to be updated as either pay-walls have been put up or the articles no longer exist. Therefore some test questions were pure guesses! ;-)
