The course is good in general, it teaches you basic and advanced functions however, there are many aspects to improve.
Sometimes the videos have too much information and too fast, many functions are exclusive of the latest version and you can not do those practices with the online version of Excel.
I also experimented some issues with the platform some of the videos were not marked as "watched" and some quizzes were blank.
Although I know Microsoft is a technological company and their main focus is on productivity and data, I cannot ignore the fact that this course lacks a better pedagogy and warmer human touch, I completed the course and I never knew the moderators' name of the course.

While I understand this is an introduction to Microsoft Excel with basic instructions, there could have been more (optional) practice work with formulas and functions. I am not good at remembering formulas and when to apply them, so I found it very frustrating when the quizzes would throw in a formula question and ask me if the formula was correct. Just giving a long text page listing formulas is not the best way for me to learn and I would imagine others would also find it difficult. The formatting, table use, and importing data sections were easier to understand and I will have no problems using those aspects of Excel.
