Concerning the evaluation method, I am aware that achieving exact match may not be feasible. For a simple introduction to finetuning it's fine, but it's not the course for those who already know the basics of LLM finetuning and want to dig deeper.

I wish if it was more interactive. I wish if there were a part where I could write my own code

LoRA is not taught in the course.
