Informative. On a level that most could grasp easily. I liked that I could go to the tests directly in areas where I was already familiar with the content

A nice refresher for those with basic knowledge of IT Support or Computers in general, but also a great introduction for someone with no previous knowledge.

Most of this knowledge was second nature to me entering this course. However, I can approve that it is an amazing first step into the complexity that is IT.

I mean its nice to learn somthing basic as well to have solid foundation of knowlege that you're going to take. So this course is so basic still informative
