Welcome to the course! We’ll begin with some introductory information to Coursera and then move into the clinical essentials of telehealth. The first video reviews the logistics of performing a telehealth visit focusing on practical tips to use before, during, and after the telehealth encounter. The second video reviews aspects of the virtual general physical and environmental assessment, providing practical tips for collection of patient vital signs, assessing cognitive function, and identifying unsafe or concerning living conditions. You’ll then take a final assessment for course completion.
