High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation focuses on leadership, teamwork, and negotiation. Students will engage in self-assessments to analyze their leadership style, develop team charters to optimize their groups, and develop a game plan for effective negotiation. These Northwestern courses are the best I've taken yet. They get to the point and are incredibly practical. I honestly don't know where else you can go to get this type of educational value.

Some of the information was relevant but I felt that especially the module on negotiation was not at all relevant and I dislike that I can't skip parts that I don't feel I need. Also, way too many submissions by students are done with AI. It's very frustrating having to go through them and flag the ones that are obvious.

I think the material was great. I would have liked to go deeper into each topic. Maybe a 5-6 week course would be awesome.

Es injusto , MUY INJUSTO, que para obtener la nota de estancia clínica me pidáis un curso que no vale a nivel curricular . Que no estaba previsto según el programa de la asignatura. Fue una pérdida de tiempo total. Lo siento pero es la verdad. Hay que mejorar mucho, empezando por dejar hacer el curso a quien quiera y no obligarlo a todo el mundo. Una basura.
