The course gave a good exposure to the material. The organization of the information was difficult to traverse. A more intuitive user experience would have been helpful. Finding required pages of the course could have been simplified to make traversing information easier.

Great foundational course for gaining familiarity with the concepts of online/digital marketing. A couple more practical applications (explained through a recent case study or interview with a practicing marketer) would take the course right up there to a 5-star rating.

The content was interesting and insightful. I loved the supplemental readings. Though some sources were either not free or limited which was unfortunate. Also, having more time to look at each topic would have been great.

Overall, I enjoyed the course.

It is the first time I find an explanation about analytics that is both easy and clear!

Readings are absolutely appropriate and well-chosen, as well as the examples, showed by Professor Kevin.

I love the quote about the drunk guy and the street lamp!!!

Everything has been taught extremely well with all the necessary data and information. The professors made the concepts seem so simple even for a beginner like me. The course gave me a new perspective and interest in the data analytics field as well.

the course is well done, but there are few details that could be improved like have an intro to the exercises part with a short explanation.

Also additional and up to date case studies would be really beneficial to link the theory to reality.

thanks.

Digital marketing changes so rapidly. While I enjoyed the course and appreciated all the different strategies taught and resources shared, it would be nice if the course can get updated every year or so. Other than this, the course is very helpful.

Well structured and presented from a teacher who is also a top practitioner of the discipline in the Market, covering the history of analysis and current analysis from a Marketing perspective. However, it is too light in terms of concepts given.

Eye-opening concepts that give a good foundation. That's the right way forward instead of jumping immediately into all kinds of techniques of analysis. What is missing is in my opinion more updated information and it can be presented more juicy.

The course presented the insights of digital analytics from the very start. The trainer provided with the examples which made understanding easier. Peer reviews also helped in grasping the areas which have been ignored during course progress.

The course is planned and executed almost flawlessly. The instructor makes it a point to go through an evolution of marketing analysis and its real world impacts using real world examples. A few snags in the graded quizzes could be fixed.

Not exactly what I expected (I know Marketing Analytics in Practice will complete the 4 stars to 5), but the professor did an amazng job. His method helps you to keep the most important things on mind.

So many interestng lectures, also.

Loved almost everything about the course! Only ask would be to update syllabus with updated reading material - some aspects of the readings have gone stale given how fast the world of technology is changing! Thank you Prof. Hartman!

Good content and presentations well done by the instructor. My only criticism is that some of the material is very dated and probably should be updated. This was my first course in the program and I will continue the curriculum.

Some contents are overlapped, especially Lesson 7 feels like a recap of all previous lessons.

Tool list is really helpful.

Other examples could be written in more details.

The narrative is easy to follow, reasonable pace of speech

As it has said in the course, there is not any technical stuff here.

I personally enjoyed it because of the new material I learned about marketing, analytics and research.

Take the other analytics course for better insight.

I think this course is a good introduction for newbies who doesn't know anything about marketing analytics. But minus one star here is that I think it's too easy and simple even for starters, could have gone deeper.

I liked the simplicity of the course. The advanced concepts are being explained in simple terms. However, I suggest that certain explanations are confusing between terms that needed more elaborations. Thank you.

A very good class that gave us a thorough look into various types of digital analytics. My only complaint is that I wish that we could receive detailed exercises like the ones provided in the first course.

Structured course with very good information, but sometimes it felt superficial. I know 4 weeks is very short time to fulfill tons of topics on this course, but i think you can push students a bit more.

Informative and good for setting a foundation for marketing analytics. I wish there were a few more practical assignments VS. peer-graded activities and quizzes. But, overall, found this quite helpful.

Especially in comparison to the first lecture, which was excellent, this second one is only good.

Not very much content and the lecturer is - despite his unquestionable expertise - not the best lecturer

Great content. I would have preferred it if we had gone through a real example. None the less, it was a great course I definitely found the consumer decision journey model and the ZMOT very insightful.

I liked it but I would like a bit more deepness with the paid data topic, I didn't really understood why it is more trustworthy, I believe that is a very important topic and needs a lesson on its own
