In an hour, I learned something new. I already knew about prompt patterns. The topics of jailbreaking, prompt leaking, and hijacking were new to me.

Simple to understand and gives a good starting point on how to improve prompts and what types of prompts should be used on different situations.

It was a good primer to new folks acclimated to the subject. However, the text format could be a bit more efficient. Too much (white) spacing between topics which leads to an inordinate amount of scrolling.
