Professor Severance is very clear when he explains concepts. Learning python seems funny and not so difficult, especially if you know other programming language such as C.

Very Nicely packaged course contents, taking you from the basics of Programming till the functions/ conditionals and loops in Python with appropriate assessments practice.

It was a tremendous help and guide through the basics of python! I really enjoyed the videos and assignments given to assist in better understanding programming in python.

It was a very good experience to study the course from coursera.

Coursera has also helped my friends in their particular courses.

I was already well into lessons on another platform, but Prof. Severence does a great job of explaining "why" something works instead of just the syntax required to do it.

The Lecturer was very clear about the topic and very easy to follow. The course materials are also very easy to understand with little or no prior knowledge of programming

I loved this course. Its really good for beginners, though I was not completely one. The teacher is funny and knows how to explain the concepts in a clear and concise way.
